1. Who we are

seannocode (seannocode.com, the "Site") is operated by iclicksee FZCO, a free zone company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Registered address: Ifza properties, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. For anything privacy-related, contact sean.facer@iclicksee.com.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Site, buy our courses or subscribe to our emails, and how we use and protect it. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and, where it applies to visitors from the EEA or UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR.

2. What we collect

  • Account and purchase data — your name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you register or buy; your plan and payment history.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only confirmation of payment, the amount and a transaction reference.
  • Email signup data — your email address when you join the newsletter or download a free resource.
  • Usage data — pages visited, approximate location (from IP address), device and browser information, collected through the analytics tools below.
  • Correspondence — anything you send us by email or through the Site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or biometric data) and ask that you do not send it to us.

3. How we use it

  • To provide the Products — creating your account, giving you access to what you bought, processing payments and sending transactional emails (receipts, login and account emails). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To send marketing emails you have signed up for — every email includes an unsubscribe link. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it, and to measure and improve our advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting record-keeping.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions and analytics. We use:

  • Google Analytics — aggregate statistics about visits and traffic sources.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps to understand usability.
  • ViewsMax — attribution of visits from our social media content.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, though you will need to log in each visit. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the business: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and the analytics providers listed above. Each provider is bound by its own data processing terms. We may also disclose data where required by law or a competent authority, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply).

6. International transfers

Our service providers (including Stripe, Google and Microsoft) may store and process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union — countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where we transfer data internationally we rely on the safeguards in our providers' data processing agreements, consistent with the PDPL's cross-border transfer requirements.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data for as long as your account exists; transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires; marketing emails until you unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

All traffic to the Site is encrypted (TLS/SSL), passwords are stored hashed, and card details never touch our servers. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL — and the GDPR/UK GDPR if you are in the EEA or UK — you have the right to:

  • access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
  • lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or, for EEA/UK residents, your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email sean.facer@iclicksee.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

10. Children

The Site and Products are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party websites

The Site links to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices — review their own policies before providing them with personal data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a prominent notice on the Site, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
