1. Who we are

seannocode (seannocode.com, the "Site") is operated by iclicksee FZCO, a free zone company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). Registered address: Ifza properties, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. Licence no.: 25019. Contact: sean.facer@iclicksee.com.

These terms govern your purchase and use of our online courses, memberships, live calls, downloads and related services (the "Products"). By purchasing or using the Products you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase. You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to keep it up to date.

3. Your account

Access to paid content requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts and licences are personal to you and may not be shared, lent or resold. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Products, plans and access

• Monthly plan — a recurring subscription giving access for as long as the subscription is active. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• Lifetime plan — a one-time payment giving access for the lifetime of the Product. "Lifetime" means the commercial life of the Product, not your lifetime or a perpetual guarantee.

Updates and improvements to a purchased Product are included. Substantially new, separately marketed products may require a separate purchase. We may migrate content between platforms and will give reasonable notice of any material change. If we discontinue a Product, we will give at least 90 days' notice or provide a reasonable alternative or downloadable copy where practicable.

5. Payments, taxes and chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details, and you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prices are stated in US dollars unless indicated otherwise and may change at any time (changes do not affect purchases already made). Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, including UAE VAT where chargeable; any tax we are required to collect will be shown at checkout.

If a subscription payment fails we may retry the charge and suspend access until payment succeeds. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated. We reserve our right to recover amounts genuinely owed.

6. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of a plan (monthly first billing or lifetime). Renewal charges of an ongoing subscription are not covered by the guarantee, but you can cancel future renewals at any time. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and, for consumers in the EU/UK, applicable distance-selling rules.

7. Educational content only — no professional advice

The Products are educational and informational. We are not a law firm, accountancy, financial adviser or other regulated professional practice, and nothing in the Products constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

8. Income and results disclaimer

We make no guarantee that you will earn any particular income, win clients or achieve any specific result from using the Products. Any examples, case studies or testimonials show individual experiences and are not typical; results depend on factors we do not control, including your skills, effort, market conditions and execution. Most people who buy educational products do not implement them fully and do not achieve significant results. You assume full responsibility for outcomes.

9. Intellectual property and licence

All course content — videos, text, templates, code samples, graphics, audio and downloads — is owned by iclicksee FZCO or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your personal use and internal business use.

You may not share, resell, republish, publicly post, teach from or create derivative works from the content without our written permission. You may not use our content, name, likeness or voice to train AI models or to create synthetic media (including deepfakes or voice clones). Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and legal action. Code samples provided as part of the course may be used in your own projects, including commercial projects, unless a specific licence attached to them says otherwise.

10. Acceptable use and community conduct

Where the Products include live calls, comments or community spaces, you agree not to harass, threaten or abuse others, share unlawful or infringing material, spam, impersonate anyone, or share other members' private information. If you submit content (questions, comments, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and promote the Products. We may moderate, remove content or suspend participants at our discretion.

11. Technology requirements and availability

You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a current browser and a valid email address. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control may cause interruptions, and temporary interruptions do not entitle you to a refund.

12. Assumption of risk

Building or changing a business involves risk, including the risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that implementing anything you learn from the Products is at your own risk and that we are not responsible for your business outcomes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Products is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify iclicksee FZCO and its owners, employees and contractors against claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Products, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This obligation survives termination.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms — for example by sharing or reselling content, abusive conduct, fraud, or circumventing security. For breaches capable of remedy we will normally give you notice and 5 business days to fix the issue first. On termination for breach, your licence ends, outstanding payment obligations remain, and no refund is due. You may stop using the Products at any time; stopping use does not by itself trigger a refund outside the guarantee in section 6.

16. Third-party links, tools and affiliates

The Products reference third-party tools and services (for example AI platforms, hosting providers and payment services). We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or policies, and features they offer may change at any time. Some links may be affiliate links for which we receive a commission; this does not affect what we recommend or the price you pay. A mention is not an endorsement or a guarantee of results.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or utility failures, cyberattacks, failures of third-party providers, or changes in law. If such an event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate the affected obligations without further liability.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the Site and take effect 30 days after notice for existing customers (immediately for new purchases). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

19. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable to customers in the EEA/UK, the GDPR/UK GDPR.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first at sean.facer@iclicksee.com — most issues can be resolved informally within 30 days. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence, disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

21. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Products. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign this agreement as part of a business transfer; you may not assign it without our written consent. Checking a box, clicking a purchase button or completing checkout constitutes your electronic acceptance of these terms and has the same effect as a written signature.
